The was, hands down the best car buying/leasing experience ever! Peter Carlson at Kline Volvo is the best - he listened to our needs and explained everything to us so that we could understand, plain and clear. No hidden agendas and he was very friendly, caring, and professional! It was an awesome experience. He calmed our nerves, too! 10/7/2014 purchased a Subaru from Peter Carlson. Test drove it the day before buying with no issues, no check engine lights. Buy it and on the drive home the check engine light comes on. I was dumb at the time and needed a vehicle for work. I should of turned around and took it right back. Turns out to be a head gasket issue eventually leading to engine failure. Point of the story is be careful buying used vehicles from these folks, it's easy for mechanics to shut off check engine lights before anyone tests drives a car. Take the car back if the check engine light comes on, on the drive home.
I absolutely had the most positive experience I've had in buying a car! Melissa set up my appointment and Karleen was an exceptionally pleasant and fantastic salesperson! She was responsive to my questions and concerns, did not push and was totally supportive of my interests. She made the experience really fun! I am so thrilled with my S90 and how the entire staff made me feel as a valued customer. I will be back for service by taking advantage of their excellent service plan. Rich was also helpful and very complimentary to me. He made sure to notice that the car was missing floor and trunk mats and will arrange to have them mailed to me, as I live 250 miles away.
